BMiB offer through our own engineers, associates and our supply partners a UK wide next day, and in some cases same day service support network.

We offer comprehensive service support including battery repair and replacement and a full charger repair service.

SPARE PARTS

We stock an extensive range of traction battery cells, plugs, connectors and associated items and carry spare parts for a variety of popular traction battery chargers

CASUAL & CONTRACT HIRE

We hold an extensive range of used cells and chargers that can be used to support short-term hire/soon to be terminating contacts.

CONTRACT BATTERY TOPPING

Our company has the facility to offer our customers who have large single site fleets contract topping up and general maintenance support.

CUSTOMER TRAINING

BMiB is experienced in giving both formal and informal training including a number of standard training presentations. We can also offer our customers bespoke training packages designed to meet your exact requirements. These would include Health and Safety, battery changing, battery topping and daily driver duties etc.

SOLUTION PROVIDING, SITE VISITS AND SURVEYS

Site visits and surveys are an integral part of our customer support. We are more than happy to attend site checking existing equipment and recommending and providing solutions to meet our customers needs.
